NasIQA: work that runs smoothly, and can be explained
NasIQA is 10k's platform for running work across people, bots and AI, built for organisations that need to explain how automated decisions were reached. It can underpin anything from a simple workflow to enterprise systems, so you can start small and grow into it.
Who uses NasIQA
- Organisations with a process that crosses several teams, such as onboarding, visa management or approvals, and keeps stalling between them.
- Regulated organisations that need to explain how automated decisions were reached.
- Growing organisations that want one reliable workflow now, without committing to a large system.
What it does, in plain terms
Think of NasIQA as the conductor of a process. Each task in a workflow is given to the right actor: a person, an automated step or AI. NasIQA passes the work along so it moves through the process instead of waiting between teams.
Every step is recorded as it happens, so you can see where each case is, who or what acted on it, and why. Because it is built for explainable decisions, it suits regulated sectors and any process where decisions affect people.
Where it is used today
NasIQA automates every step of processes such as employee visa management, and supports processes across the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. 10k’s own visa management product is built on it.
At a large outsourcing organisation, offer-to-deployment for overseas employees was cut from 24 days to 5 across an end-to-end workflow that ran through several functions. The result was first delivered in a prototype and is now run in NasIQA.
Start small, or go wide
You do not have to adopt NasIQA as a large programme. It can run a single workflow that matters, measurable in its own right, or several connected processes across functions with shared governance. The same architecture supports both, so the first workflow does not become a dead end.
Why it was built this way
The right actor for the task. Not every step needs AI, and running AI end to end is not always viable as compute costs evolve. NasIQA lets each task go to whichever actor suits it best, at the time it is needed.
The explainable organisation. As more work is done by automation and AI, organisations need to explain what happened, step by step. NasIQA is designed so that explanation is built in, not reconstructed after the fact.
How NasIQA connects to our advisory work
NasIQA is most effective when the process it runs has been designed well. Our Human Performance practice designs the organisation, roles and decision rights around the work; NasIQA then executes and governs it. You can engage either on its own, and you might start with advice and adopt NasIQA only where it adds clear value.
Questions
Is NasIQA only for large organisations?
No. It can run a single simple workflow just as well as a set of enterprise processes.
Do we need AI to use NasIQA?
No. Many steps are best handled by people or simple rules. AI is one possible actor, used where it adds value.
Do we need to change how we work first?
Not necessarily, but a process that is clear before it is automated performs better. Our process automation work starts by redesigning the workflow.
Can we talk it through for a process like ours?
Yes. Start a conversation and we can explore how NasIQA would handle a process you have in mind.
Your organisation is the system. Let’s talk about how it could work as one.
